The purpose of West Highland Baptist Church is:
To glorify God as we –
- Share the Good News of Jesus Christ; (Mark 16:15, 16; Acts 10:42; Acts 1:8b)
- Show seekers how to know God and fellowship with Him; (1 Cor. 1:9; 1 John 1:7)
- Surrender to live a Christ-like life; (Eph. 2:21; Eph. 4:15&16; 2 Pet. 3:18)
- Support one another by loving, nurturing and equipping; (Col. 4:6; 1 Cor. 13; Eph. 4; 2 Tim. 3:16; Heb. 13:20, 21)
- Serve God through ministry and mission. (Matt. 20:26; Mark 10:45; Luke 1:74, 75)
